The air conditioning in our room was out during our stay, making the nights uncomfortably warm. The bathroom had water flooding issues every time we took a shower, which was quite frustrating. breakfast was lacking in variety, and the coffee machine was unreliable, leaving us waiting for our drinks. Service felt a bit coordinated during busy hours, leading to longer waits at breakfast.

the family room was super modern with air conditioning and a private bathroom. loved the sofa in the seating area. the spa had a hammam and sauna. also, the outdoor swimming pool had breathtaking views. enjoyed the fitness centre too. absolutely comfortable and relaxing!
